About Me
O-Six BiographyEntertainment Artist: O-Six was born on a hot day in May in Saint Louis, Missouri.
O-Six was raised in the “Mecham Park†section of Saint Louis, notorious for it’s segregation
of African Americans to the rest of the community, having witnessed political officials trying to
“force out†the minorities, it was a neighborhood exposed to violence, poverty and the daily struggles of people just trying to live. All the components to represent “real†music.O-Six found his outlet in life early on through music and has been working hard to continue to build his brand and reach his goals in his music career. O-Six started out at an early age by
competing in talent shows, showcases and winning any competition he entered. Most of his
highschool classmates, still reminisce on his grind and ability to dominate all local competitions.Nothing stopped O-Six, in fact the struggles he faced as a young man, coupled by the real strife faced in his community, empowered and inspired him as an Entertainment Artists. In Nov 2006 O-Six lost his father which had a significant impact on his musical career, the experience of losing the man who raised him to be a man, pushed him to grind and stay focused, to do this for him, his family and most of all his father.O-Six is known to win over any crowd, of any genre or demographics with his performance, embracing and motivating crowd involvement, something often lost in the industry today.
O-Six’s lyrics, performance, along with catchy beats gain attention and supporters worldwide.O-Six has opened for national artists, including but not limited to Plies, St. Lunatics and has performed at Sprulls, Fat Tuesdays, Dantes, Loft, amongst other venues in Saint Louis.
