Born and raised in St. Louis, Mo, DJ Stan Da Man made a little name for himself as a dancer/choreographer before he received his DJ calling. One night while in the middle of a battle on the dance floor, he looked up @ the DJ booth and saw live turntablism for the 1st time and the rest was history. Like a kid going to school, he studied under various DJs learning different styles and eventually creating a style of his own. His 1st big break was DJ'n playoff parties and a Super Bowl win party for the Rams. In 2000 he landed a job as a mixshow DJ for WFUN Q95.5 in St. Louis and went on his 1st tour, as official tour DJ for Budweiser Platinum Club tour, featuring Lil Jon and Eastside Boys, Da Brat, Xzibit, Koffee Brown, The Abyss, Out of Order and hosted by The Wassup Guys. In 2002 he became tour DJ for The Abyss and opened up for The Lunatics on the Nellyville tour and Nappy Roots. In 2003 he became tour DJ for artist Payback and went out on the road again opening up for various major artists. In 2004 he was mentioned in Ozone magazine, Vibe Magazine, and voted People's Choice best HipHop DJ in St. Louis by the River Front Times. In Feb. 2005 DJ Stan Da Man and fellow Core DJ Charlie Chan were official DJ's for Carmello Anthony in Denver during NBA Allstar Weekend. Summer of 2005 he did mixshow briefly for Z107.7 KSLZ St. Louis, MO then moved on to WHHL Hot 104.1. In 2008 he returned to Z107.7 KSLZ. Some of his other highlights are
