KLASSY WOMEN PRODUCTIONS, LLC is the first diverse, all female production company owned and operated out of Saint Louis, MO.Klassy Women Productions, LLC was founded in Feburary of 2007 by intelligent, talented women who wanted to make a difference in society while having a profound impact on the entertainment industry, not just in Saint Louis but worldwide.Klassy Women started out by venturing into unchartered waters in Columbia, MO by having a model search monthly with DJ AP. It was the creative ideas of the Founders to incorporate a musical performance to offer the best in entertainment. The events would include artists such as Joka, YouVee, Potzee, Ludy, Deandre Perryman, Whone Valdez and others traveling 125 miles to gain exposure in a major college market and the segway between STL & KC.When the winners were selected we already had a plan to do much more than just have a trophy girl that day, we wanted to empower women, coach them, help them and assist with their career goals. It went from one model to 17 diverse well rounded male and females within a year. They are the total package, career driven; doctors, nurses, teachers by day, intelligent and define what Klassy models should be. They do not snub or hate on each other which could be the reason why they are everywhere not only in the city of Saint Louis but worldwide.While the modeling business was emerging so was the music business. Klassy Women started out with New Theory of NJ a melodic alternative group that was being compared to the next Tool. Whom have witnessed the success of producing two cds, opening for Candlebox and now getting paid to perform, along with formerly managing R&B sisters: Az One.With the expansion of the business at a rapid but solid pace the Founders knew it was time to take there Corporate backgrounds and separate the company into different segments/departments.In one year, Klassy Women Productions, LLC has gone from a vision to a solid foundation. The company has over 30 clients whom are all doing major things and really successful. My duties vary, they include a host of different responsibilites, the intent is to assist my clients reach their goals, which will ultimately enable KWP to reach ours...we do have a long term plan. Hookz built his own buzz to sell over 1,000 of his singles via internet in less than two weeks! 4. O-Six - Entertainment Consultant, Project Development, Marketing Mgmt along with working on BULLSEYE the album/mixtape combined hosted by NYC's own DJ LEX "THE SILENT KILLAH". 5. I knew it would be because I was willing to work hard, long hours and use my pandora's box, a different sytle of thinking. A lot of people shunned at first because I did things differently and some still do. I took the road less traveled by on everything and it has made all the difference. At first I knew people would have an eye on us and many have tried to destroy what we have going on, but that really lets me know we are doing something right. I don't entertain those people because I have no time and I am a business women, so I push harder. I mean isn't Hertz always trying to ruin Enterprise, they see us as competition when a year ago they didn't even see us! I thank my education both books and streets along with being one of the focal employees who developed a premier program/marketing/advertising for her Fortune 500 company that earned the company over 27 million dollars that year. Most people laughed at that too and didn't like my ideas but they like it when Bill Gates was calling to use the services. I've always thought differently. I call it creative and I never cared about popularity, b/c I was that all my life and that doesn't pay the bills or mean you are successful, nor does it put money in my clients pockets either.I am a behind the scenes kind of person, when I am out I look like I am about my business b/c I am. When someone is performing I walk everywhere I want to see how it sounds all over, I want to see what everyone is doing, what songs in the club make people move. My mind is always racing, I never stop thinking and I never sleep.It's never easy in this business, it's an endless grind and usually when you don't feel like it is when you have to really "DO IT" this year we've had a lot of fortunes and a few misfortunes as well as starting any company. I just know that I want to remain professional and true to the industry, we've lost some people along the way, I thought would never turn their back, b/c I wouldn't but than I had to remember you can have the rough draft but GOD has the final plan.It took a lot for a "Greek" girl from the East Coast to get respected, but we established strict policies in the beginning, 1.)No fratenization that was just one of them. I can't give all the secrets away. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM MARRIED TO THIS BUSINESS. If you want to make it no matter what you do; produce, sing, discjockey, model YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GRAND HUSTLE EVERY SECOND. If you like to sleep and sit on the coach this is not the job for you.I was asked once by someone who doesn't understand the business, HOW CAN YOU DO ALL THIS?
