About Me

I am currently a chef working at Yi Cuisine in L.A. and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion in Downtown L.A. I am a graduate from the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. I have also worked at Umenohana of Beverly Hills, Patina Catering and Wolfgang Puck Catering. I am currently trying to specialize in Asian cuisine and am planning on opening my own restaurant within the next 5 years.
