Shining the sweet light of Jesus into MySpace

About Me

When you look around MySpace, you realize there are a lot of people searching for and serving a lot of things. The Jesus Lovin' Church of MySpace WAS NOT created to tell people they are going to hell, to spread hate, to make people feel better about themselves by converting other people, or to generally beat down anyone... open the Bible, that is not who Jesus was. This is about bringing "water to the thirsty". This about sharing with those who are hungry to understand what God's role in their life is. This is about learning what it means to really live a life filled with grace, coming from the recognition that we are all far from perfect. This is about recognizing that one of the only common bonds we have, is that we all have crap in our lives.Colossians 1:15 say that "Jesus is the visible expression of the invisible God"... in other words, the Bible challenges us that everything you ever wanted to know about God you can figure out by looking at the life of Jesus.Let's look together, with our "baggage" and our humanity as our common bonds.
