Early rap influences were Run DMC, Eric B. & Rakim, Beastie Boys, Criminal Minded and Boogie Down Productions, LL Cool J, Marley Marl (especially The Symphony), Kool G. Rap, Poor Righteous Teachers, Ice T., Eazy E, NWA and many others. Also grew up listening to KDAY and watching MTV.
