Known in industry circles as "Eddie G.", Eddie Galan has achieved 16x platinum status, 4 Billboard #1 Albums, won a Billboard Award, been accepted as a Voting Member of the Grammy Academy, and has worked with some of the industry's hottest superstars such as the Backstreet Boys, B5, O-Town, Jesse McCartney, Nina Sky, and the Clique Girlz.
As a producer/songwriter, Eddie G. has received gold, platinum and multi-platinum awards for his work on various major label projects. He has achieved 4 Billboard #1's in one year (2006), with his work on High School Musical (#1 Highest Selling Album of 2006) and Hannah Montana (#8 Highest Selling Album of 2006), to go along with his Billboard Award Nomination (Album of The Year), Billboard Award Winning (Soundtrack of The Year), and American Music Award Nomination (Album Of The Year).
Eddie was born in Monterey Park, CA and grew up in South Pasadena, learning his appreciation for music from his father's constant affection for the Motown sound. Through his early years, Eddie would join school and church choirs, which further led to his desire to pursue a music career. Eddie graduated from Occidental College in 2001 and began his first songwriting and production company.
Since then, Eddie G has founded Mach 1 Music and begun signing hit songwriters and producers, in addition to a select few amazingly talented artists, from across the globe, creating an unstoppable force to be reckoned with for years to come.

*Mach 1 Music's Eddie Galan has landed a single release and title track, "Incredible" with Interscope Records recording group, the Clique Girlz. (www.myspace.com/cliquegirlz) The song was released to Itunes on June 10th, and will be on the group's debut release, "Incredible" in stores everywhere on July 22nd.
"Incredible" has also been placed as the theme song for the new "Princess Bride" video game, which can be purchased at (www.princessbridegame.com). In addition, the Girlz performed the single on June 17th at 10am on the Today Show on NBC, as well will be performing "Incredible" on the 4th of July @ 7 p.m. on ABC. They will be live from the Philadelphia Parkway Parade, where the girls will perform the song on national television, opening up for John Legend!
*Eddie Galan has officially been welcomed as a Voting Member of the Grammy Academy and as a member of the Grammy Academy's "Producer & Engineers Wing".
*Mach 1 Music's Steven "Stizzle" Schneider writes and produces all the music for "Get.Fit.With. Alyson", Alyson Stoner's new interactive internet series that will engage, motivate, and inspire kids to regularly excerise and maintain healthy lifestyles. The series is presented by Nintendo's Wii gaming system.
*Eddie Galan co-wrote (With Jay Condiotti, Danielle McKee, Andrew Lane) & co-produced (With Jay Condiotti & Andrew Lane ) "The Real Me" (recorded by Danielle McKee). "The Real Me" can be heard in the new Ashley Tisdale film, Picture This!, coming ABC Family July 13th and to DVD on July 22nd.
*Eddie Galan & Mike "The Professor" Leslie of Mach 1 Music have co-written & produced Rigo Luna's Official 1st Single off his upcoming album,"Compton's Most Wanted", releasing this fall.
