My name is Andrew Fromm. I'm a published singer-songwriter who also plays piano. Currently, I have a co-publishing deal with BMG-Zomba out of NY and have written songs for quite a handful of acts over my career. I started in this business about 12 years ago singing and playing at open-mic nights around NYC. After doing a few performances such as appearing on Star Search and landing a national Folgers commercial early on, my songwriting has gained me the most recognition up to this point. I've been blessed and fortunate enough to have my songs appear on over 40 million albums world wide. Some notable acts Ive written for are Backstreet Boys, Marc Anthony, Nsync, Kci & JoJo, Jesse McCartney, Westlife, Gareth Gates (Pop Idol UK), Billy Gilman, Luis Fonsi, David Charvet, Ray Roc Project, Kristine W, OPM, 2Gether, Soluna, Nobody's Angel, Daniel Rene', Judith Lefeber, Christian Bautista, Nikki Webster, C21, Hiromi Go, Fey, Rosa and others. I frequently collaborate with some of the industry's leading songwriters and producers. I wanted to come on here and share some of the songs I've written, co-written and/or sang. I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I did co-writing them.
For the record, being I'm somewhat established in this crazy business, I'm totally open to discovering new talent as well. Ok, so this is a brand new song I wrote about a week and half ago with a new co-writer Seth Jones. I just cant enough of it. It plays on repeat in my car all day long. Haha Seth sang this amazing and I'm looking forward to writing more songs with him in the future. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have been. {:o)
BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL
Ive waited for several months to play this song for you all. It's one of my favorites that I've co-written all year. I wrote it with Fervent/Warner artist Francesca Battistelli and my buddy Ian Eskelin who produced the song as well. Even since I got the mix back, I've been playing it over and over in my car. I hope you all love it as well. Feel free go purchase it on itunes for 99 cents and support Francesca. Her voice is fantastic. It's available right now and the full length album is due out July 22, 2008. I'm hoping this song helps cross Francesca over to pop mainstream radio.
OUTSHINED
Ok, so this song came to myself and my co-writer really fast. Justin Gray co-wrote and produced this song. It has a Josh Groban influence to it and is starting to make it's rounds throughout the label system to find it's right artist. I think Mark Masri did a really killer job on it personally and think he should consider making a record himself. {:o)

This is the officially released version of the song as sung by Lucas Prata. It was released May 20th 2008. You can find it available for download at Itunes for 99 Cents. {:o) I think Lucas did a great job on the song. Maybe this time it can officially be a single?? AHEM! lol

To all of the Backstreet fans, here is your Christmas gift. hehe This is the song I co-wrote with Nick Carter, Gilles Godard and Curb Recording artist Nicole Witt. Nicole, thank you for co-writing and doing such an AMAZING job singing the demo. Unfortunately, Tow Forevers was finished just after the new BSB album was already mastered and set to release. I know you think I've probably written some really great relationship/wedding songs in the past, well this one takes the wedding cake! haha (sorry for the cheese lol) I hope you enjoy listening to this one as it hopefully will lead you on an emotional ride to fall in love even a little more.

Ok, so this is the song that in a nutshell, gave birth to my career in the music business as a songwriter. I have heard the most amazing stories surrounding this song ove the years and how people have given birth, gotten married, engaged, proposed to, lost their virginity to, person died and remembered by and even one person who it reminded them of their pet that passed away. Awwww. For the record, I wrote this song by myself when I was 18 years old and heartbroken. It has since been played into well over 25 million pairs of ears through CD, Cassette, Ipod, Karaoke, car stereos, humming, whistling and even one time heard a jazzy rendition over the years. {:o) As Forest says, "That's All I Have To Say About Thayat".
