I produce and present an Americana radio show - The Miller Tells Her Tale. It was broadcast on internet station SpydaRadio for 4 years until that sadly folded. I have now turned it into an 80 minute, weekly podcast available via itunes (search for Karen Miller, or Americana - The Miller Tells Her Tale). or via my website www.themillertellshertale.co.uk . You can also subscribe using the following rss file: http://www.tapecircle.co.uk/spydaradio/tmtht.xml
If you are an artist in the Americana/Folk/Singer-Songwriter genres, and own the copyright to your material and would like me to consider playing your music on my show then please send me a message. I have had permission from many excellent musicians including Buddy Miller, Eliza Gilkyson, Kevin Welch, Rod Picott, Slaid Cleaves, Jason Ringenberg, Chuck Prophet, Kevin Gordon, David Mead and many many more...
The Miller Tells Her Tale reports to both the Free Form American Roots Chart & The Euro-Americana Chart
The Miller Tells Her Tale now also broadcasts on Radio Six International . Check this station out for a great selection of independent music.
I present a 1 hour show on CMR Nashville , it's called "Now That's Americana" and will feature a similar playlist to this show although I don't need permission from the artists so there will be a wider mix of music. Each new show initially broadcasts on Friday at 2pm UK time and is repeated at 10pm, then on Saturday at 2am and 6pm.
I also produce BBC Radio Scotland's country/americana show Brand New Country. More info on that show can be found at www.brandnewcountry.co.uk .
Photos can be found at www.flickr.com/photos/tmtht of events including SXSW (various years), Midlands Music Festival 06/07, Shetland Folk Festival 05, Celtic Connections 07, The Outsider Festival 07.
Six years since Dave Carter died, a great loss, this is Dave with Tracy Grammer performing "When I Go" in 2001...

...and, no reason for posting this except I love song (It's Marty Stuart with "Red Red Wine & Cheatin' Songs, from the excellent Pilgrim album)!
