SHANE SHREDZ

Shane Shredz is pure energy on the dancefloor or in the moshpit. His ferocious love for music and passion for all things artistic began in 1999 when he picked up his first Electric Guitar. After a few intense years of playing guitar in the Metal band that he formed, Shane decided to go solo, and explore new styles, mixing many genres and pioneer new sounds.His first studio experience was at University where he completed a Bachelor of Business Degree. “I did a few music subjects and was so impressed by the recording studio, I would stay there till about 3 or 4 in the morning just loving it, and reluctant to go home and get some sleep.” By setting up a home studio Shane was able to live in an environment with unlimited creativity and musical freedom.“I make songs for myself because the tunes I want to hear I can’t find, but I do listen to comments from fans around the world, its interesting seeing how my music can touch all different cultures and age groups” Shane has been doing Sound Engineering for a local group since 2004, mixing live performances and likes to help out his recording artist friends.Shane will continue charging on into uncharted territory experimenting and producing exciting, mysterious, cutting-edge work, and start perfecting his sound so that it can be performed live.
