Influences: I am inspired by the great Gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt and the "Hot club" style which I perfected and popularised. I listen to any good music. I like listening to Charlie Parker, Chet Baker, Thelonious Monk, Boulou, Elios and Baro and Matelo Ferret , Bireli Lagrene, Jimmy Bruno, Angelo Debarre, Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, Lennie Breau, Paco de Lucia, Andres Segovia...In Duo we play a traditional repertoire of Gypsy songs by the Ferret dynasty, including waltzes, polkas and Spanish popular songs. Compositions by Charlie Parker, Thelonious Monk, etc are also integrated into the duo set. With "Quasimodo quartet" we play all different staff...from Django Reinhardt ,Thelonious Monk, Hank Mobley, Charlie Parker, Cedar Walton, Franz Liszt...etcI usally play with: Steve Aston, Nigel Broderick, George Trebar, Jason Henson, Paul Smith, Steve Thompson, Giles Gobat, Jony Hepbir, Tom Creed, Helena Jessie...etc
