M i n o F r e d a (Rome in 1963) has studied composition, choral conducting and polyphonic at S. Cecilia Academy of Music in Rome. He has begun his career initially as percussionist: from 1986 to 1996 he was member in some symphonic and liric ensembles touring Italy and abroad (Tunisia, Arab Emirates, Giordany, Greece and South Korea). As a composer, he has worked many times in visial arts, taking part in shows exposition, conferences and radio programmes. His interest for the "v i s u a l" derives from his studies in art history and especially from the research on the interaction of music and art completed in the latest years of his life. He's been always interested in electronic music and sound system editing. He is also a member of the orchestra gamelan in Rome.
