occam's razor

Stanford-based Indie rock quartet Occam's Razor was founded in fall of 2005 and has since risen to prominence at Stanford University and is rapidly building a dedicated fanbase throughout California. Hailed by fans and critics for a dynamic live show and songwriting that demonstrates a mastery of the ‘smart-rock’ genre, Occam’s Razor was a headlining act at Stanford’s biggest music and arts festival - An Art Affair and have shared the stage with the likes of Ted Leo and the Pharmacists. Guitarist Fagan Harris and vocalist/keyboardist Pra Chandrasoma are, collaboratively, the songwriting force behind Occam’s Razor. Their intricate melodic, chordal, and lyrical framework is supported solidly by their innovative rhythm section composed of bassist Sean Holbert and drummer Ryan Jackson. The band is currently in the studio recording their debut LP.
