COOKING--here's a recipe Spaghetti con Pomodoro Ingredients: 4tbs. extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic thinnly sliced, 1/2 tsp. hot chilli flakes, 1 pound heirloom tomatoes chopped keeping all the juice. 12 basil leaves,torn in half, 1/2 pound of spaghetti.
