Me myself I could never make up my mind about what kind of music I truly loved the most so in all honesty Id have to say i love all kinds of music I think it started when I was a young girl all I would do was dance and listen to music I loved how each piece of music made me feel the highs and lows the bass and hooks but I always stayed with the beat which is very important that was the one things my grand father used to say to me was stay with the back beat let it be your guide feel each movement that your body makes in time to the music let your body flow with each movement you make them stare at the line that your body makes as you dance it's a form of art and he was ooh so right for he was one of vaudeville's star attractions when it came to the soft shoe and tap dancing right in there with Helen Keller and other legends so I listen hung on every word he said he also schooled me on hearing music and its many tones . My aunt also educated me as well even though she may have not realized it by continually playing her piano over and over in practice as I watch I listen I learned I felt each key on the piano come down like a story unfolding in front of my eyes guessing to myself with one would come next and in that moment I knew when she didn't feel like practicing her piano lessons it would show in her music but when she had drive an felt what she was playing the music would speak for its self the song would take over and give the listener such an emotional high or chills or whatever you want to call it music to me should be emotional it should jerk out of you a emotional response making you feel each note just think for one moment if we didn't have music. What would get us in the mood ? What would cheer us up? what would we dance to? So music lovers musicians feeling the music letting it make you have an emotional and physical reaction a good back beat that flows seamlessly pulse climbing hook good clean clear vocals and you got yourself a good basic start but if you don't have heart and don't feel your music and your song it will not sell one more thing just because society says or your managers says you got to look like a slut to sell your sound doesn't mean you have to sell out a scum to that way of thinking try thinking for your self and remember stay true to your music and yourself and the fans will love u for it.This is my opinion take it or leave it or you decide what works for you.love & peace girl_power one world one love http://girlpower2007.wordpress.comTechnorati Profile http://girlpower.zoofer.com src="http://www.zoofer.com/badges/zoofer_badge.gif" alt="I blog at zoofer!" border="0? / IS GIRL POWER A JOKE OR THE REAL DEAL ? Hey, girl _power2007 back bka cobra cocolee giving my personal opinions on real GIRL POWER !and what it means to me I love all my sisters all the way from Paris to japan and all though the land this is one lesson we all must understand . As all you readers must know by now I've had every crappy job out there known to man and every job I ever had schooled me about lifes crazy little lessons and I wouldn't trade that knowledge for any thing in the world lets Fade to… my sea food clerk job not the most glamourous job I know but I warned you one of my duties of that job was to boil lobster in a big old pot yeah I know I was last to see those poor lobsters alive I was there executioner . If that wasn't bad enough I had to sit there a watch them fight to save there lives and I notice a crazy thing happening the male lobsters would help each other out by building a ladder with there bodies so they could boost each other out of the pot they where like saying to one another hey if a few of us lived we could kill that crazy lady and be free. but when I put in the female lobsters one or two would try to climb out and almost reached the top when another was right behind her trying to sink her down and it was like well girl if I cant live you cant either well just all die together then rather helping one another to live . needless to say they all died screaming and yes lobsters can scream to im still trying to forget that sickening sound to this very day no matter how much I hated to do I had bills to pay . Fade back .. are we those female lobsters ladies? Why do we jab and cut each other down all the time is are self esteem so low that we can't pat each other on the back once in a while and say job well done girl or you look so beautiful today with out some one calling us homosexual for it or are sisters at the hair salon actually taking the to inches we ask her to cut off instead of 5 inches because she hating on us for have long hair or what my friend did the other day when a woman ask her where did you get that outfit at ?and she said oh I made this myself with one eyebrow cocked and the woman walked away with here eyes down knowing she was lying to her because she didn't want her to have the same look as she did what are we doing calling each other fat, hoe, bitch, scank, ill tell you what where doing where calling are self those nasty names because the media/or the men brainwashed us into thinking thats all we are THIS IS COBRA COCOLEE SAYING IAM NOT THOSE THINGS AND WILL NEVER BE! 2007 IS FOR US GIRLS ITS ARE DIVINE KICK START YEAR LETS MAKE GOOD USE OF IT!
