I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm Meghann and I work at Easter Seals - Michigan, Inc. in Waterford, MI. I created this page because I really wanted to shout out to everyone how great of a place this is! Easter Seals has a mission that is true to my heart: helping people with disabilities. Our non-profit organization helps those throughout Michigan and connects with other Easter Seals across the nation to reach out to everyone. I strongly believe that giving help should have no boundaries and seeing what Easter Seals can do gives me confidence to proclaim it to the world. There are so many people living with disabilities, as many as 54 million in the US. Maybe your neighbor has an injury from a car accident, or your buddy has a child or sibling with cerebral palsy. Maybe even you are one of every five Americans with a disability. If you look around you, you'll find people of all abilities who are an important part of our communities despite the obstacles they might have. Please join me in the journey to give help to those in need. Check out our website at www.essmichigan.org. I'll be posting here with news and information on the great events that we host to create awareness and raise funds to provide services to the disabled population. Feel free to share your stories of a loved one or even yourself because everyone is welcome here!
