About Me

Merry Meet and welcome to my world!I'm Hayley, pleased to meet you, I love to meet new people especially if you have similar interests! The first thing you should know about me is that I'm a vegan and an animal rights activist. All creatures on earth should be treated equally, no one deserves to be murdered, human or otherwise. I'm in a local animal rights group Southend Animal Aid and get involved with everything I can. I have 2 cats Roxie and Mitzi.I live with my fantastic fiance Miguel, we both have internet radio shows on www.mtjr.co.uk. My show is Pigtails and Army Boots which is all female fronted music mainly rock music on Fridays 9-11pm UK time. You can find out more about Pigtails and Army Boots on my other profile www.myspace.com/moonlight_phoenixMy other main interest is writing. I write poetry and articles. I sometimes try stories but never seem to finish them! I post poems on here and I write articles for www.mookychick.co.uk and whatever else will publish me!I'm obessed with earrings! I love to buy them whenever I want to treat myself, as long as they are interesting and not plain and boring! My current favourites are pencil shaped :)Finally, I love Miguel, he is the most loving, caring man I've ever met and treats me so well. We have a very close knit group of friends that seems to be expanding all the time! Rachel, my best friend with wonderful intelligence and general fun-ness! Lorna, my goth girl, and all round lovely person. Carina my first ever myspace friend that I met, shes so compassionate about animals I think she deserves an award for all shes done for them! Lauren, another lovely girl who makes brilliant cakes and is so caring and considerate! And all my other friends who rock in various ways!

I'm not accepting band adds on this profile, if you're in a female fronted band please add my other profile www.myspace.com/pigtailsandarmybootsV IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU TRY TO ADD ME: I won't add you if you like any form of cruelty to animals like hunting. I won't add you if you are likely to mock any of my beliefs. I also won't add you if you are a guy looking for women- I am ENGAGED! If you don't come under any of this, I will probably add you!

Music:

I LOVE music and I mean obessively. I'm very fussy about nights out because of the music. Even when I'm drunk I get annoyed if music is rubbish I just can't ignore it! I love all forms of rock including indie, metal, punk and alternative. My favourites include Joan Jett, Kasabian and The Offspring but there are so many more. I love riot grrrl so if I ever hear that out I'll be very impressed! Just listen to my shows and you'll know all about what I like!I also 100 per cent support unsigned bands, I play a fair few on my show. And I think people should Support The Support Act!all my music tastes are on my other profile Pigtails and Army Boots in my top friends You Know Yer Indie. Let's Sub-Categorize.
You're a Riot Grrl. You love the rockin' sound of loud women, and rightfully so. You're probably an activist of some sort. And yes, you're right, not all Riot Grrls are lesbians. Just most.
