Hi, I teach at Mount Miguel High School, teaching Concert Choir, Gospel Choir-"Heart-n-Soul", Show Choir, Guitar, and Piano. I started teaching at MMHS in 1997 and on the side I sing all over San Diego, California at various venues. I've sung for the S.D. Opera chorus, The San Diego Symphony POPS, The Grossmont Symphonia, and have traveled all over the world with The Tweed Family Singers performing classical, gospel, and alternative music. I grew up in a musical family and we made 4 recordings together. I've been the director for adult choirs, children's choirs, and the San Diego Children's choir(6-12th), where we traveled for 2 weeks in Italy and the focal point was singing for the Pope! Now I'm singing as the Soprano solo/section leader at La Jolla United Methodist Church. I am also the supervisor for PIA- Pacific Islanders Association. They are a group of extremely beautiful girls who perform various styles of Hula. Pretty exciting! I'm so jazzed about my teaching and music in general.
