I grew up in Berkeley, CA, spent 6 long years in Tucson for grad/law school and now I'm trying my hand at DC. I figure what the hell...it's a challenge, and I like challenges. Living on the east coast has helped me realize how incredibly lucky I was to grow up the the SF Bay Area.
So I dug in my roots by hooking up with the DC Kings. I've made some truly wonderful friends and I feel so lucky, it's like I was in the right place at the right time. It has been a blast. Bio queen, drag king, who cares as long as I'm having fun, right?
I'm feeling unbelievably happy and fulfilled right now. I have a fantastic partner and I have a wonderful new job with NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. Let's hear it for making the world a better place!
