Myspace Extended Network BannersI make my home in Rockland, Maine where I have the luxury of overlooking the bay from my window while I sit here and write. My poems to me were just that until recently when I was told by a musician friend that some of them have great music potential, especially on the 'blues' charts. So here I am listening to and reading about how so many other up and coming songwriters are getting their break and hoping to get one of my own. I love life, my family and my children are my greatest legacy, so if I leave no other I am assured that I have left a mark in the world through my children, I am so very proud of all four of them. Meeting new friends and enjoying the beauty of the world around us makes my life complete. I am also currently working on a couple of novels which I am hoping to have ready to send to a publisher later this year. My mom was my childhood hero. Now I would have to say that she still is my hero, although she is not physically here on earth for me to touch or talk to, her words, her guidance and her love have given me the strength to raise four wonderful children who have given me three adorable grandchildren, my family are my heroes!!!
