Hey, well firstly im gonna apologise for my crap profile 'cos im new to this anyway hello, i'm Jem. hmm... what can i say about me that doesnt sound either big headed or pathetic? id like to think i could describe myself as totally unique (i definitely try to be cos the same things over and over just bore me) and i dont think ive ever met anyone quite like me 'cos i'm into so many different things and i have so many differerent sides to me! I love meeting people but im a bit shy so i dont really know if i can describe myself as a people person... put it like this i love spending time with people i hate being on my own most of the time, yeh its nice once in a while but its far more exciting to be out and about having a laugh with all my friends! ummm.... i used to be a tom boy but now im quite a girly girl i suppose, dunno what caused the change i think it just happened when i doscovered shoes which i seem to subconciously collect! Movies:

Sorry to say kids but chick flicks are at the top, but other than that all sorts i guess... hmm armageddon is cool, i love disney films (sad i know), pirates of the carribean, The Interpreter was pretty good, im crap with scary/gross films cos im a muppet but i still insist on going to watch them and then hiding, the last kiss goodnight and the bourne identity etc. and other films like that are cool so i guess i like action sort of things. Sci-fi isnt really my thing tho' 'cos theyre just so confusing! Im and english/philosophy student for goodness sake!!! Just started a course at uni called 'film narrative' so watching football factory, blow up, blade runner, vertigo, big sleep, it happened one night etc etc all pretty cool films ive discovered lol!

Television:

I download most stuff that i watch and would be on tv... SATC, Friends, Joey, The O.C, One tree hill, ally mcbeal... if im bored eastenders etc. Mum and dad got me watching A touch of Frost from an early age which i got a bit attatched to and i think thats why i like murder she wrote which of course im ashamed to admit! ummm... family guy, hollyoaks, kids tv sometimes (im a kid at heart) Its all about SCRUBS these days though - love them all and wish sooo much i worked there!

Books:

Normal English studenty books - being the good little student i am of course lol, Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, girly books, Wendy Holden (i read alot, its my form of escapeism rather than exercise which stresses me out even more!) LOVE Dan Brown after my ex got me into that and John Grisham - at least the dickhead brought somehting to the relationship :) obviously not bitter lol

Heroes:

The carebears, lol, they made my world when i was little and i still have a rug in my room with them on! Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly, Elizabeth Taylor, Cary Grant etc etc (all the golden oldies and silver sirens basically cos i think theyre fab! why? no one knows). The Incredibles and Shrek lol! My dad :) and of course TINKERBELL in which case i better mention peter pan but im gonna stop rite there.
