About Me

Hi... I was a Graduate of King's College at Cambridge before completing a postgraduate master's in Global Security at Cranfield. This was all great fun but I'm now enjoying working in London in a sort of Civil Service capacity. However, I couldn't possibly live there permanantly and so this is why I live in Windsor. Hopefully I'll get to know a few new people on MySpace - find out about another world as such - it'd be great to hear from anyone!

My Interests

Movies:

I'll watch virtually any type of film though I do enjoy films in series (as long as the sequels aren't too bad!) - the best example of this is the James Bond films. Casino Royale by the way is an exceptionally good film.

Television:

Comedy is the most important thing here - television is a chance to escape from the real world. Classic British comedy is great (Blackadder, Yes Minister, Bit of Fry and Laurie) as is the great comedy of today. Thats not to say American comedy isn't good either - Scrubs is fantastic, the Daily Show is so intelligent and the Simpsons and Futurama are both legendary!

Books:

I have read so many books it'd be impossible to narrow it down to any specific genre or type of book... as such I'll quickly mention the two books I've enjoyed reading most recently - Bill Bryson's 'A Short History of Nearly Everything' and Carl Sagan's 'Cosmos' - two popular science books which are very easy to read.
