Working with emerging talent and particularly new writers, IsoProductions is committed to encouraging a creative relationship between established and developing artists. Professional production is equal to education and learning.CURRENT PROJECTS The Iso's New Wimbledon based youth theatre begins work on a new project from 24th Feb learning improvisation techniques from director Mel Cook. The company will then perform a series of improvised shows in the summer.COMING SOON The Iso's youth theatre will revive BURYING YOUR BROTHER IN THE PAVEMENT (see below) to be performed at Hampstead Theatre in June 2008. The Iso is also developing a new script by Philip de Gouveia for professional production later this year.And finally the Iso is hard at work developing a scriptwriting project for schools which will feed into a new play for professional production. PAST PROJECTS IsoProductions produced- Ed Hime's "THE LONDON PLAYS: LONDON TONGUE / LONDON FALLS" at the Old Red Lion Theatre (Time Out Critic's Choice). "Good writing is good writing and an excellent cast make sure Hime's writing hits and lingers in the memory" - Time Out. "...kicks us in our guts..." - The StageIso youth theatre based at New Wimbledon Studio produced BURYING YOUR BROTHER IN THE PAVEMENT by Jack Thorne (SKINS, SHAMELESS, FANNY&FAGGOT) in early February 2008. The show will transfer to Hampstead Theatre' s Michael Frayn Space as a part of National Theatre's New Connections festival in June 2008.The Iso also delivered University of Oregon's London study abroad programme with masterclasses with practitioners from Frantic Assembly, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Shunt, vocal coach Neil Swain (Sweeney Todd) and Iso's very own director Mel Cook.
