BLAKE D. ANTHONY BIO: Blake Anthony has been involved in the restaurant, nightlife, and entertainment industry for the last 10 years. Starting as a bartender in college, his passion for the business quickly grew, and has been involved in the creation and marketing of numerous events, not only in Las Vegas, but around the world. Blake has worked every position imaginable in the service and hospitality industry. After learning the business from the ground up, he decided to concentrate his efforts more on marketing and putting together innovative events. In 2003, he started the popular Industry Afterhours Marketing Team in New Orleans, LA. The group ran successful nightclub events, and brought new and exiting visions to the cities most popular nightlife destinations: Club 360 and Club Ampersand.In 2004, Blake moved back to Las Vegas and teamed up with Randy and Ray Davila and produced a weekly party named La Dolce Vita Thursdays and Rok Box, a monthly party inside Tabu Ultra Lounge. Rok Box started the Rock / Hip-Hop phenomenon, “mash-upâ€, that is now the most popular music format at nightclubs in Las Vegas.Later in 2004, he joined up with PURE Management Group to help market and promote Tangerine Nightclub's weekly party called "Moonshine." Blake quickly rose through the company, and on New Years Eve 2005, helped about the world famous PURE Nightclub. Pure nightclub has won many awards including E! Entertainments "Hippest Hotspot in the Country" and has revolutionized the nightclub industry. In 2007, Blake was asked to open PURE Management Group's first international nightlife venture Aura Nightclub. Located inside the Atlantis Casino on Paradise Island, the 9,000 square-foot nightclub has transformed nightlife in the Bahamas through exceptional service, distinguished staff, and impeccable design. Aura has set the precedent for the chic nightlife experience in the Bahamas just as PURE Management Group has in Las Vegas.
