i love books. not just reading them, everything about them. the way they smell, the way they feel in the crook of your arm walking down the street, how comforting it is to be in a room full of them. if I could, I would spend one whole day every week lying on the sofa in my pajamas, bottomless cup of coffee, pack of smokes, reading. way too many to list here, and unlike films I'm rarely sorry I've read a book, even if it disappointed. reading always feels like time well spent. I will read ANYTHING, but I lean towards sci-fi, with my favorites involving bleak dystopian futures, though I am a huge fan of well-written really fucked up horror.
