THE EXPANSION OF LOVE IS ENDLESS!!!!I enjoy organic gardening and learning more about growing our food, all year round.We live energy efficiently from Solar, etc. and are continually trying to find ways to live for less and live better, with all do respect for Mother Earth and Outer Space.I have always loved Dance and grew up on ballet. My favorites are Swan Lake and Firebird. In college I took modern dance. I also love SACRED DANCE, it is a wonderful dimension of Hindu dance which brings thought and intention into the body. The dances use mudras, or hand postures that communicate the intention of the prayer...Like the Divine Mother Dance. The dances are very ancient and originated in India as part of a spiritual practice. The mudras and movements express a prayer or intention within the body that becomes integrated into body, mind and spirit. It is very beautiful. I also love belly dancing and middle eastern dance traditions.Below is the Divine Mother Prayer Dance that I learned with my Goddess friends at a yoga dance workshop given by my cherished friend Jacqueline. This dance has taken on a deeper meaning for me throughout the years and find it to be a most wonderful tool on my spiritual tool belt.*********** The Divine Mother Dance********** Oh Divine Mother, may all my speech and idle talk be mantra... All Actions of my hands be mudra...All eating and drinking be the offerings of oblations unto thee...All lying down, prostrations before thee...May ALL pleasures be dedicating my entire self unto thee...And may everything I do be taken as thy worship...Oh Divine Mother ******************************************************** ******************************************************** This is a beautiful, sacred, prayer dance which when practiced becomes integrated into the body, mind and heart. ******************************************************** ******************************************************** I have studied hatha and kundalini yoga. I practice MEDITATION, which I have found is a major key in practicing life. I also took a Breathwork and Focusing workshop for two years. Breathwork is a wonderful way to get in touch with where we hold onto emotion and our old..and new, "stuff", which becomes stress crystalized in the body. Deep breathing is a great way to find our areas of stress, understand the stress and then release it from our bodies.***************************************************** *************Ahhhhh...this affirmation is very centering...It is "The Divine Light Invocation" that I learned in another workshop given by my dear friend... ****** I am Created by Divine Light*****I am Sustained by Divine Light*****I am Protected by Divine Light*****I am Surrounded by Divine Light*****I am Ever Growing into Divine Light******************************* ********************************************************* ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ****I live in a geodesic dome and am interested in sacred geometry. Our geodesic dome is based on sacred geometry, the carbon molecule and the Buckminster Fuller design. We designed the interior angles to be in harmonic balance and in the "golden mean ratio", Like in the Cathedral of Chartes in France and many other architectural marvels.I also enjoy learning about energy healing and the power of our minds in creating our realities...And also the science and physics of energy. *********************************** ********************************************************** **********************************************************I also love helping and working with my Fiance on his various business ventures, energy projects and adventures!! We are in a continuing Transformation project here, working on our dome home and beautifying the land. I am honored to be his Personal Assistant and Creative collaboration for his projects.
