We are Nashville songwriters represented by major publishers. We travel to Rosemary Beach, Florida on CR 30-A several times a year to hole up, write hit songs and enjoy the company of close friends and the beauty and uncluttered simplicity that Rosemary Beach provides. We are Lee Brice(Curb),Kyle Jacobs(Curb),Joe Leathers(Curb),Kylie Sackley(Big Tractor) and Nicloe Witt(Curb). We share cuts by various Nashville artists and we merely want to add to our list of songs that tear up the charts. And we aint scared.....We also invite various guests to join us in all the skulduggery......It's a tough job. but, well you know.....

Kylie is a Diva

Kylie recently was awarded a BMI award for Sunshine and Summertime recorded by Faith Hill!!! She was the most beautiful woman at the show and we are so proud of her!
