I am here for Friends

About Me

I am happily married, although my lifestyle might lead you to think otherwise. I like children and animals but I'm not big on most adults. I do not deal well with stupidity and/or bigotry. I spend a lot of time with people much younger than I am mostly because I have very little in common with most people my age. I enjoy most types of live music and will generally find me where it’s being performed. I profess that I am wholesome, pure, sweet and innocent (to me I am but, many people tell me not so much). I am known to be charming. I have a hard time accepting dishonesty or deceit and deal with it poorly when it is encountered. I do not consider myself judgmental but I will express my opinion. I am told that I’m a great friend and know I’m someone you do not want as an enemy. I am often a slave to logic but have been exploring and trying to understand my own emotions. I dress in black and embrace most of the teachings of LaVey, more as a philosophy than a religion. My tastes / interests / friends are rather eclectic and I have a sarcastic sense of humor. I can not now nor have I ever been able to spell.

My Interests

You are The Devil

Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession

The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.

Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

I'd like to meet:

Open-minded honest people that have something to say, have an interesting point of view or may contribute positively to our mutual existence. Those unfettered by the societal mainstream. Those to who age and lifestyle are less important than character and integrity. Those that understand rituals are less important than philosophy.
