Hiroshi Fukutomi/福冨　博

Hiroshi was born in Osaka, Japan. He started to play the guitar at age of 14. After graduated high school, he entered Koyo conservatory. He began to learn Jazz and Classical guitar there. In 2003, he received scholarship from Berklee College of Music. In Fall 2004, he entered Berklee College of Music. He studied with Jon Damian, Bret Willmott, Bruce Saunders, Hal Crook, Joe Lovano, George Garzone, Dave Santoro and many other teachers. In 2006, he was awarded the Guitar Department Achievement Award from Berklee.In 2007, He moved to Tokyo, and performing and teaching in Tokyo.
