WE THE PEOPLE, of the United States Of America, in keeping with humanity’s basic rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Quality Of Life, demand that the government of The United States Of America be truthful in presenting the American Public and the World with the facts about Global Warming and the looming environmental catastrophe.We further demand:That the Executive Branch of the government establishes a Cabinet Post specifically for the purpose of protecting our National Security through proper environmental regulation and enforcement as well as to foster research and development in renewable energy and technologies.That a Congressional over-site committee be established to research and provide ongoing accurate, up to date, information about this issue and further that this issue becomes paramount with respect to new government initiatives and policy making.That the Supreme Court enforces with vigor, existing and future laws designed to stop and reduce Greenhouse Gas emissions.That all possible initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions be expedited and that tax allowances for voluntary reductions are put in place as quickly as they can become ratified.We, The People of The United States of America, furthermore demand a viable future for ourselves, our children and all future generations. We demand a future without environmentally imposed thirst and hunger and to have the ability to provide ourselves and our families with the basic necessities for life....I am here to see that this is done!
