Musicforcelts.com is run by John Harvey, who wrote numerous music reviews and feature articles over several years for the "Boston Irish Reporter" in Dorchester, MA. "Irish Music Magazine" published two of Harvey's interviews with folk music instrument makers.

Harvey also runs Rhodeirish.net , a community portal site for the Irish community in Rhode Island and Southeastern New England.
