The Buca is one of our celtic faery folk, he is the wind, he is the wild sea, he often appears as a wild black stallion. He can be heard in the tunnels down the Cornish mines. The fisherfolk still leave some of their catch for the buca, as do the farmers their harvest. The local people know not to upset the buca! So anyway, when my daughter left home for university I went back out into the world, playing guitar with fellow musicians and have gradually built up what I reckon is a good reputation in my local area, Penwith. There's a whole world of opportunities out there and and I've been having a ball. I am always interested to hear of ideas for new projects so feel free to get in touch. I have been in jazz duos and blues bands and I still have so much I want to do. Sooner or later I'd love to give you a Brazilian music band as I am so in love with theat music. I like playing with male singers and female singers. The dynamics can vary so mich. I write a lot of songs and sometimes perform them on a Friday night at the Western Hotel St Ives. This is a songwriter's night that I help run and anybody can get up and sing their songs so please come along and perform.
