Singer songwriter Lise Olden will soon be out with her first solo album, and she is currently touring to promote her music. The public and the press says about her that “she is a light version of Nightwish and a heavy version of Secret Garden” and that “this is both magic and beautiful and her performances contains both musical dynamics and great presence throughout. She masters kick-ass grooves as well as pure tenderness in her music”.Her backingband consists of a string section from the internationally well known “Trondheimssolistene” as well as other professional musicians from Trondheim on other instruments. Together they create an intimate and moving concert with beautiful melodies and magic nerve.Before her first solo album she, as a composer, has written two musicals: ”Agnes” (2003) and ”Korallpalasset” (The Coral Palace) (2007) both were hailed by the audiences and very well reviewed by the press. Amongst other things, the press wrote that this is music for the big international music-venues.
