About Me

I'm a film maker and an artist from Norfolk in the United Kingdom. I am very sound orientated in how I interpret the moving image. This finds it self in films, video projections, installations and audio. My arts practice often extends to working in the community. Here I work with other artists working in various mediums.

Slow Motion 2007 A film made from found footage and sounds.

I've got one thing to do today and that is the one hundred and one things I should've done yesterday 2007 An interpretation of the poem of the same name written and narrated by Andy Smail.

St Peters Court 2006 architecture and the passing of time.

My Interests

Interesting things that capture the minds imagination.

I'd like to meet:

Artists, film makers, muscians and other assorted creative people that have an interest in art, sound and the moving image.

GUITAR BANDS PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ADDING ME AS A FRIEND
I am starting to get fed up of mainly guitar based bands just trying to add me as a friend just to boost the numbers. Try to give a reason by sending a message that you have atleast watched my films and have a genuine interest in what I do. Otherwise I will not accept.

Music:

Various but has to be interesting and forward looking. Sorry no country and western. I'm not really interested in cover versions as that can be like eating reheated food. Unless they don't sound like the original and have an identity of their own.

Movies:

28 Days Later, Excalibar, Zardoz, 2001, Time machine, Jason and the Argonauts...

Television:

The Mighty Boosh, Smoking Room, Q series amongst many ......oh good documentaries that are visually interesting as well as telling a good story. Including adverts and idents if they're done really well. But television is mostly to be avoided or its use rationed.

Books:

maps, lists, tables

Heroes:

mmm How do Cadburys make them so small.
