My Interests

I enjoy movies, film festivals, and NAB. Long walks along the set. Stealing locations. Shopping at Costco, Smart and Final, and Trader Joe's. I like to travel to distant places like Park City and Toronto. I try to find the time to read scripts and SAG paperwork. IFC, Sundance Channel, Netflix and thrift stores are my friends.

I'd like to meet:

Other filmmakers who are sick and tired of waiting around for other people's permission to make their movies. Filmmakers who are ready to make their movies NOW, with whatever money they have in their pocket. Filmmakers who are ready to show their stuff, but need a little guideance (and inspiration) to get them out of their homes and on the sets of their own movies.

Music:

"You Can Make It If You Try", "Everybody Is A Star" Sly And The Family Stone; "We're A Winner", "Keep On Pushing" The Impressions; "Fight The Power", "It's Your Thing" The Isley Brothers; "Everyone's Gone To The Movies", "My Old School" Steely Dan; "Be True To Your School" Beach Boys.

Movies:

"Following", "Some Body", "Blood, Guts, Bullets and Octane", "Manic", "Sound and Fury", "Southern Comfort", "Paper Chasers", "True Love", "Envy", "Fighter", "Keep The River On Your Right."
