There will be no more recordings from Erynn and Johnny Mercury, at least not as a duo... and certainly not as husband and wife.
Maybe some good old fashioned country numbers will be written by one or both of us, due to his cheatin' heart.
A friend said recently, "Two Timin' Man" must have been prophetic. Really, it wasn't... but, it certainly applies now.
It's a damned shame, really.... a damned shame. I hope this doesn't end my singing, before I really even got started. I really do enjoy it. Of course, now, I have no idea what the future holds.... for now, I just have these two songs, to remind me of how much fun it was to make music with him.
