Not one for mincing his words, James felt it more appropiate to write this in the third person. hahaha. By the huge presence of Luminous coulour on the page, you could presume that I am a DJ/promoter , and you would be right : ) ...Been spinning Discs for around 5 years now , onto those small shiny things now though. My first residency was back in late 05 at Award winning weekly Hard Dance Night Tranzaction, where I learnt the craft and locked down my love for Electronic music . My spell there apart from the oppurunity to play House music to up for it ravers every week, saw Warm up slots and guest appearnces throughout Cornwall and Devon, holding it down at some of the Southwests biggest venues.. Dance Academy ( RIP) Barracuda , L2 , The Stannary , Candystore to name just a few .Switching stylese between DnB and Tuff Electro , earned me alot of sets in alot of places in this period, something i owe alot to , Diversity is the key .Somewhere along the line after alot of afterparties and alot of influence from now my partner in crime, Bossa, I found Breakbeat and with not alot of persuasion and a few guest spots in around Plymouth , became a resident at Southwest Drum & Bass and Breakbeat night , BASSFUNK.Its been 2 years since that happened , and now i Co promote the night with matt, Looking after the Cornwall side of our Breakbeat campaign hahaha.Aside from my main residency Basssfunk, I also am part of the FREERANGE PARTY SOCIETY, put together by one of my best mates, OLLY GEE, this project has seen 6 wicked local dj's being catapulted into the limelight they derseve, with plugs at RIP CURL , BEACH BREAKS, SURFSTOCK ,FM RADIO APPEARANCES and our proudest achievement, a BI WEEKLY show on NSB RADIO , every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 9-11am GMT . go to www.nuskoolbreaks.co.uk and check us out in the chatroom . Check out the Freerange myspace for more deets on us, well worth gander as our summer Pipe dreams are literally off the HOOK, and we have a spinny logo and everything .As A DJ I have made guest appearances in the South of the UK from Bristol to Brighton, playing alongside , ED 209 to the Autobots, Alex Kidd, to Filthy rich, Trophy twins to the Jungle Drummer, my sets always consisting of me dancing more than you, , like i said earlier, i could of gone all " teasing the dancefloor with his charismatic edge" but i wasnt up for it .
