Hailing from Cornwall, DJ/producer Greg Zizique captivates the house music spectrum with his own twisted injected slant and enthusiasm. Greg's productions can be found on labels such as South Records, Act72 and Eletrikka. His sound derives from an infectious, relentless bass of jam packed fit to burst energy.
Past Djing highlights include internationally cities Katowice, Lódz, Szczecin, Lublin, Gdynia and Stockholm whilst closer to home appearances in Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, London, Newquay, Plymouth and Truro for various promotions including Dance Academy, Tranzaction, Ripcurl Boardmasters, Magik Bullet, Wildchild and Kissdafunk has continued to further progress Greg’s sound and profile.
Locally it was Greg’s residency for South West super club Dance Academy and its momentous Saturday night sessions Eyecon that created a firm avenue for the future. Gaining a wealth of experience and towards the later days at Eyecon Greg's interest in production took to a greater level and embarked on a course that cultivated a further spark with inspiration, and since the releases have started to appear.
His first remix for Romanian artist Cristian Paduraru "Shall We Dance" quickly paved a way for a succession of remixes with four more of Cristian's tracks. To date the releases have varied in different styles and moods of house showcasing the many edges Greg draws from.
"Compulsion" was released on Panama based South Records which utilized a punchy driving chunky house journey, with a driving synth and deep bass. Next up opting for a tribal/tech infusion for "Introspection" on Italian Act72 Records led to Eletrikka Records Italy, with the high octane house of "Vodka Red bull", and then the Devious EP "Erratic/ Evasive" shortly followed.
Right now back to the present day, Greg continues to push the vibe he believes so passionately about with furthermore Dj sets and focused studio time that is driven by the relentless house beat.
