I've been a Dj since 1995 and i Started playing out at a club called Steppaz Convention at the tender age of 15. At that time I was playing jungle, drum and bass. I was doing that for a couple of years and found I wasn't really feeling the music any more. I got into Turntablism and Hip-Hop and became a bit of a bedroom dj did'nt play out much just local parties stuff like that . In 2001 Hooked up with a crew called Monoxide at an event they where doing called New Deal from that we started to do our own night called Rideckulous which was cool (more Turntables than people though!). From that we got a few Bookings round Brighton and a Couple @ Smoove, Ministry of sound where I became a resident . Over the last 3years been doing the R&B scene playing at nights such as SMOOVE in London and Bristol, S,O,U,L in Brighton which I co promoted BLISS in Bristol ,SWEET LIKE CHOCOLATE in Reading and Brighton . At the moment I'm resident at a night called Obsession which is in Brighton and London & at Allmixedup which is at Krash Nightclub in Hastings!, One of the best venue's I've seen its worth the trip. I have also been promoting a night called REMINISCE which is a Old Skool Garage night but sadly had to stop due to lack of funds and doing a night on your own is a bitch. Hopefully I will start it again in the new year. Acts I've played along side include Blu Cantrell, Roll Deep, Kano, Lethal b, Killer Kela, Taz, Klashnekoff, Heartless Crew, Westwood , Donaeo, Omar, Terri Walker ,Trevor Nelson, Nate James...

Love my job - its also my social life, not many people look forward to going into work, do they. I can pole dance & I also train people - I've got a list of things to do before I'm thirty -working through them so BEWARE!, love horses & riders, don't know about Alfie! you'd have to ask him!. Strangely I don't like modern music - hear it 24/7, gets a bit tedious & annoying - not a lot of it is original anyway - listen hard next time, its mostly upped-tempo re sampled 60's - 90's tunes with a twist - Anyway music is the Dj's job moan at them if you don't like it. I have well over 10 years experience in the trade, I've run loads of promotions for various clubs, consulted & advised venues on club names, night names, ideas, layouts & design I always copyright my night names so no using them ok. I worked hard in building up a very good reputation within my home town as a successful promoter & nightclub manager, I then ventured to neighboring towns & cities within the midlands and continued my success. I have left the midlands now to prove my worth further a field & build upon my reputation. I felt that leaving familiar surroundings would really challenge my talent & test my skills - So far so good. I am very eager & positive -I love to socialize, & I treat people with the respect I expect myself - whoever you are, met loads of weird & wonderful people, had lots have fun & still enjoying life - my friends say I'm arrogant- but it's not a flaw ! it has it's pro's & cons - if get to know me you'll see its a quality. Often get referred to as CUTE - this used to annoy me , until I looked it up in a dictionary. I am a typical Virgo & my alta ego's name is Alfie ! watch the move.
