Foi formada no ano de 2005 por JOAQUIM BLAKE (Guitarra/Vocal), TIAGO HOLOFERNES (Baixo) e ALESSANDRE MANTUS (Bateria). Ainda com outro nome, o trio ensaiava constantemente tocando apenas covers de grandes nomes do black e Death metal.
Em meados do mesmo ano entra na banda GILMAR ASHTAROTH (Guitarra), solidificando a verdadeira formação e compartilhando tambem novas ideias em relação ao set. No ano seguinte, com o nome SADES, a banda muda toda sua proposta e objetivos, apostando tudo em composições proprias, mesclando um pegajoso Death Metal com passagens cadenciadas e sombrias, reflexo total das influências e personalidades dos integrantes.
Fruto disso, nasce o CD Demo intitulado "Final Destination", primeiro trabalho em estudio desse quarteto que conta com três musicas próprias: ...E que meus rogos cheguem a ti, Final Destination, Darken e uma versão para "Babylon, Might and Glory" da horda curitibana Amen Corner. O Cover gravado terá participação garantida no tributo ao Amen Corner que sairá em 2007 batizado de "The Return of Sons of Cain" pelo selo Belial Songs.
It was formed in the year of 2005 by Joaquim Blake (guitar/vocal), Tiago Holofernes ( Bass) and Alessandre Mantus ( drums).While using another band name, the trio rehearsed constantly ,playing only covers from the greatest black and death metal bands.
During the same year , Gilmar Astaroth ( guitar) was invited to join the band, sharing also new ideas in relation to set, and finally stabilizing the true formation. In the next year, already known as Sades, the band changes all of its proposals and goals , betting everything at own compositions, mixing a brutal death metal to dark passages, which, by the way, it´s a total reflex of the influences and personalities of its peformers.
A result of their work it´s the demo CD named " Final Destination", first studio work which counts on three own songs: "...and that my prays come to you" , " Final destination", "Darken" and a version for "babylon, Might and Glory" from Amen Corner, a band from Curitiba.The cover released will have its participation garanteed in Amen Corner tribute wich is coming up in 2007, and will be called "the return of Sons of Cain", by thy Belial Songs stamp.
