Having to raise himself, Understand learned how to be a man at such a young age. Taking roads kids his age would never see. Doing what he had to do to survive Understand was not a stranger with the law. In and out of juvenile detention centers in California Understand quickly filled his free time with writing rhymes at the age of 12.While learning the technique of rhyming and trying to control the ways that got him in trouble. Understand constantly battled taking the same road that had him caged from the very start.
