Contemporary illustrator/artist Jeff Hulligan graduated from the Columbus College of Art & Design with a BOFA in 2002, majoring in illustration. His work is often graphically oriented frequently incorporating elements of various mixed media. Since school, Jeff has helped found several artistically driven companies including Star 9 Apparel , Fracture Apparel & Uforia Media, as well as establish himself as an independent Cleveland area artist. He has also taken part in numerous group & solo gallery exhibitions and has been featured in a number of Cleveland based publications & websites.

Jeff currently works as a freelance illustrator/graphic designer in the Cleveland,OH area as well as curator to The Pop Shop Gallery & Studio in Lakewood, Ohio and marketing coordinator to the Phantasy Niteclub . In addition to illustration, Jeff's artist disciplines include: graphic design, industrial design, sculpture and photography.
