Love, Compassion, Growth, Enjoying Life, Connect Four. Mexico, expatriotism, Wes - my canine traveling partner, happy people, yoga, BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU!, kettlebell training, self-defense, bodyweight training, integral spirituality & philosophy, quantum theory for the layperson, life between lives, self-improvement, expanding experience, art and those who are doing it - in whatever form, music, self-made instruments, people who've taken their own paths, journaling, zen, buddhism and eastern philosophy, travel, hiking forests, walking deserts & waking up on beaches, nature nature and more nature, been riding horses lately (western), health and nutrition (definitely not a vegetarian, though I have nothing against them), road trips, hammocks, rituals, spontaneity, finding compassion even when it is hiding, peeling away at the onion, speaking truth, meeting new people, staying away from drama, pretension and negativity, doing good, living light, having fun.
WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET:
Old friends, new friends, people who are into health, dogs, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and/kettlebells/fight conditioning, positive and non-dogmatic spirituality, cool, open, conscious people.. here or anywhere.
Fellow life travelers, people who are good to others & true to themselves. Renegade pioneers involved interesting endeavors, everyday people who are just good folks.
Anyone involved in innovative projects, large or small, who are trying to make a positive difference in this crazy world.
OTHERS:
In this life:
Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Ken Wilbur, Michael Newton, Barbara Kingsolver, The Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela, Jon Kabat-Zinn (again), Amy Goodman, The Woot! writers, Cesar - the dog whisperer, Abbie, the person who invented the Post-It note, the countless KIDS who rise and contribute the world - refusing to succumb to the widely-held belief that they have to wait until adulthood to be worthwhile and amazing.
In another:
My mom (again), Ferrin (again), Einstein, Gandhi, Jim Henson, John Lennon, Bob Marley, Dr. Seuss, River Phoenix, Yoda, Jesus, Frida Khalo, Johnny Cash, Michaelangelo, Leonardo DaVinci, Bruce Lee, just to name a few...
And of course, Beautiful You.
BY THE WAY: If you send me a friend request, and you have absolutely NO information about yourself on your page, or if all of your "Top Friends" are oiled-up strippers with plastic tits, I will NOT add you. If you want me to know who you are, please share something about yourself - and I will be very happy to do the same. Peace.
I love all kinds of music, & not afraid of a slice of cheese (especially harmonies and duets, to which you might find me singing along, both parts of course, while I'm driving). Actually... not ALL kinds of music. "Smooth jazz" makes me insane and circus music totally freaks me out.
Oh, countless.......! :)
Not much. I'm kind of clueless in this department. Although I did get sucked into Fight Girls on satellite tv while it was on... I usually just scan until I find a good (or terribly bad) movie, watch the nature channels, UFC, or 70's reruns.

See "Who I'd Like To Meet". Heroes for me are mostly everyday people, for even Nobel prize winners were drooly-faced kids pooping in diapers at one point.
See all. Love all. The wondrous is always right in front of us.
