Hey hey all. Jared here. Thanks for checking out a little project of mine called Bizarregoylz...It all started one rainy afternoon when I was messin' with some clay (as I often do..) My 3 year old was in her own Playdough heaven across the table. I had made a little figure that loosely resembles what you see here. I kinda liked it...she really liked it...so I decided to see what it would be like to actually take something to the next level. Gotta start somewhere...right? Right.A few weeks later I had a master sculpt that I was satisfied with. My girlfriend, Sarah, was just about ready to kill me from all the sanding going on at the kitchen table...trust! I then made a few casts with some resin and a good ol' fashioned latex and plaster mold!Here's an example of the first couple I painted up using acrylic paint markers and a sharpie...my little take on Bruce Lee from "Game Of Death"...and some other stuffs...Something was missing though...after some thought, I decided to add some horns to the original sculpt and was ultra super delighted with the outcome. It adds a little more purpose and character to the figure I think. So...with a little bit o' cash and some elbow grease, I managed to make 2 piece silicone molds for both the base and figure. 2 gallons of resin later and I had 29 Bizarregoylz, many of which you can see customized by me in the background.And that basically brings us to the present. Once the craziness of the holidays come and go, I will be re-working the molds a bit and making more casts. I have yet to come up with a plan that is set in stone, but I would like to sell some "blanks" so people can customize to their liking. I would also like to use a few of my original designs to produce a couple of limited edition series as well...Anywho...thanks again for taking a peak!!
