Still blind was formed a few years ago with the only original member of the band left at this time, Olivier with the former guitarist Keven Lapointe who's now playing for the band Scarlet lips. They already have made two records called ''I will be heard'' and ''The beginning of the end...and after all''. On the winter of 2008, The band released "The world looks like a dying tree" LP totally DIY. With their politically-funny-serious songs like War, Strip club girl, Sacrifice, Same shit, different asshole.... with a little follow-up crowd on every show they do, it's always a funny time to hear and watch them play.
Still blind have played with great bands such as: The Sainte Catherines, Twenty2, Delson drive, Exterio, Kamakazi, The real deal, Indice doktane, Pete moss, Fifth Hour Hero, The Dirty Tricks, Counter clock, Fifty stars anger, Lime, Old school politics, The otherself, Fixelf, Middlename, Winter memories, Chocking Madison, Nothing to remember, Stand point, Seven days not a week and many more..........
Still blind est un groupe originaire de Montréal composé de trois gars et une fille. Le band a vu le jour en Octobre 2001 mais s'est en Mai 2004 que la formation devient celle que l'on connaît aujourd'hui. Déjà 2 albums lancé indépendament en 2004 et 2005, le groupe travail sur le troisième album intitulé "The world looks like a dying tree" comprenant 15 nouvelles chansons durant l'été 2007 et qui sera lancé plus tard en Mars 2008.
De sont style punk à la NOFX avec un soupçon de Bad Religion en passant par Blink-182, le groupe parvient a créer de bonne mélodies et des textes aussi engagés que drôles ou sérieux.
Avec des titres comme "Strip club girl", "Sacrifice", "Same shit, different asshole", "War" et j'en passe...Still blind se forge p'tit peu par p'tit peu, une solide base sur stage et un petit bassin de fans fidèles. Et question de faire different, c'est le batteur qui chante, ce qui permet évidemment au guitares de se lâcher lousse durant les tounes!Ils ont également eu le plaisir de partager la scène avec d'excellents bands comme "The Sainte Catherines",
