Started to play drums 15 years ago. I love bands like Megadeth, Alice Cooper, AC/DC, Annihilator etc.Also I play in 2 rock coverbands: Red Voodoo & The Spicy Killers, it is a lot of fun to do. My hobbies are reading books about animals and thrillers from the great writer Stephen King

I started to play bass guitar back in 1985. My neighbour played in a band called "Strangle the parrot" and I was their roadie, that's when my passion for music started.My first bass was a red Defri 4 string bass (Polish) and a homemade amplifier! Some of my previous bands were: Chemical Breath, Excess of cruelty, Manic Movement etc.My future plans are: to develop myself on bass and vocals! Slogan: Prove how far you want to go and the rest will come by itself!

Rik started playing guitar in 1980 with the hard rock band “Problem Childs”.When he joined the band “Empire” he began to combine the bass with singing. After a few line up changes of Empire he focused on singing only, still playing bass guitar for his solo projects “Metal Power” and “Straight Ahead”.He makes a quick turn to a pop-rock group “Early Withdrawal” only to return to the metal scene with “Vertigo”.What follows is a summary of the latest bands he’s been in: “Sentinel, Pseudologia Fantastica, Beyond the Labyrinth, Revolt…”Unfortunately, Rik has suffered from a serious illness, which kept him away from the music scene for 2 years, but also bad things come to an end eventually and in 2001 he joins Stranglehold.Not only does he do the vocals but also the artwork, band logo design, fantasy drawings etc.

As a little kid I already enjoyed listening to music. The first time I heard Rock music I was 9 years old: Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Van Halen, AC/DC etc....were the first bands I saw on television. From that day on I wanted to play guitar, so I started to whine: "I wanna play guitar, please mom and dad buy me one....". After a couple of years my parents agreed to buy me one (finally), I stopped playing soccer and concentrated on playing guitar like Eddie Van Halen, Ted Nugent... My goal still is to get as good as EVH and TN, after all these years I'm still learning to play better and better every day.
Influences: All kind of music: rock/hardrock/metal from the '70's, '80s, '90s and......
