LEFT is an upcoming three-piece rockband from the Netherlands. In the Dutch underground LEFT has proven to guarantee a smashing live-performance full of passion and devotion. One of Holland's most leading music critics (VPRO - 3 voor 12) called LEFT "a potential world-act" in a live-review.
At the end of 2005 LEFT made it all the way to the finals of Holland's biggest and most famous national bandcontest: 'The Grand Price of Holland'. The Dutch audience chose LEFT as best band of 2005.
Last year LEFT did more than 50 live shows across the country and gigged numerous large venues and festivals such as Paradiso, Melkweg, Mezz, W2, Effenaar, and Metropool. They did support-acts for Green Lizard, Golden Earring, the American band Staind and Wolfmother from Australia. They were also chosen to make a soundtrack for a new Dutch motion picture called Horizonica (release: 2007).
Recently LEFT released their latest EP ‘So Much For Adaptation’. These tracks show the extensive experience, where the band is at right now, and the unlimited ambitions towards the future.
