One Pitch Down

Before one pitch down was complete to play and peform a lot of stuff happened before,
the guitarist (Mark) and the drummer (Edwin)
were playing together with different formations for quit a while.
At one point Mark and Ed where without a second guitarist,
bass player, and singer. But Mark knew a guitarist that he had played with (Sander),
and who was interested to play with a band again.
With a second guitarist sorted the search for a bass player
and a good singer continued, Sander knew a Bass player (Martijn) and a Singer (Jeroen)
so after some rehearsels and getting to know each other,
we all decided that this was the right formation. Everyone in the band has different infuences,
from funk to metal,
every band member brings a different kind of style with him.
Combining all those styles together and you have the band:
One Pitch Down.
December 1st we performed live at Popprijs Brielle. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the finals but we played one hell of a show! The song above is one of our own songs, a ballad between the raunching guitars!! :-P So enjoy, One Pitch Down performing live "This City"!
From the same gig as the song above, here's another composition of our own. One of the first songs we wrote actually, so hope you like it! Song's called "Safety In Numbers"!!
on the 2nd of march we had our first try out gig in the MCA in Rhoon,
a lot of our friends, parents, and family showed up,
thank you all for coming.
we had a really good time performing for everyone
and also hope you come to see us again when we gonna hit the stage again
