Bad Boys of Faith

Working the crowd... one person at a time!

About Me

We are guys with some mileage, both musically and spiritually. We're here to pose the question... 'is Christianity relevent in the twenty-first century?'. Everyone has an opinion on the answer to that, and everyone considers their own opinion to be as valid as the next person. So why on earth ask such a thing? Because if what Jesus said in the Bible is true... then eternity is at stake. And we feel that it is everyone's inalieable right to hear the Gospel (without accompanying crap adnauseum), and then have the opportunity to make a decision about it. We feel that any intellegent person should at least at some point pause to ask...'what if?' And so we do. It is our pleasure to tell you about getting on with God. Perhaps we are insane, and are blissfully jamming through this life with an 'imaginary friend'. But maybe it is something else entirely, and something very relevent. Maybe it's something you need to know about. At any rate, check out the tunes. Among many other things, we talk about the reality of death, drugs, internet porn and hell. Things that most people struggle with everyday. Maybe we can help you to deal with some things. That's why we're here.

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: Bookings: Artistic Walls Productions 407.957.5223
Band Members: HOWIE BOLTON - vocals, guitar and piano. As much of a communicator as a musician. Feels that Christians need to be out in the highways and byways instead of cooped up in churches. Played with a load of great players since early days in L.A. and is taking this current project, 'What if it's True?' to the streets.

ROGER ZIMISH - vocals and lead guitar. Hails from Philly, P.A. Winner of the 2004 Florida Songwriter's Association award for best instrumental album of the year. He writes a monthly article for guitar heads in Christian Musician magazine. He is heralded as one of Florida's finest players.

RATCH MUELLER - Vocals, Electric & Standup Bass and Harmonica. The wild man of the group. Played all over the country with metal band 'Bastille' back when people did hair bands. Opened up for Ronnie James Dio. Honed his craft out in L.A. but never played with Howie till they hooked up down in Florida.

Influences: Beatles, Beachboys, Stones, Carol Kaye, Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart (before he turned into Barry Manilow), Buffalo Springfield, the Byrds, Harry Nillsson, Paul Revere & the Raiders, Zappa, Guess Who, John Mayall, Clapton, Delaney & Bonnie Bramlett, Hendrix, Leon Russell, Joe Cocker, John Sebastian, the Band, James Gang, the Who, Loggins & Messina, CSN&Y, Stills Mannassas, Edgar Winters White Trash, Larry Norman, Randy Stonehill, Al Jarreau, Barry McGuire, Skynyrd, Elton John, Chicago, Eagles, Rick Derringer, Russ Kunkel & Lee Sklar, Larry Carlton, Doobie Brothers, Bob Seger, Dave Mason, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Segar, Hall & Oates, Michael O'Martian, Little River Band, Steely Dan, Phil Keaggy, Clockwise, Dana Key, Rez Band, Keith Green, the Pretenders, Bruce Cockburn, Talking Heads, Daniel Amos, Huey Lewis, Weird Al, Bonnie Raitt, Mylon LeFevre, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Aerosmith, DC Talk, Cheryl Crow, Storyville, Ben Folds, Audio Adreniline, Bare Naked Ladies, Robert Randolph, Jonny Lang.
Sounds Like: A mixture of many people. Some say Joe Walsh, Greatful Dead, Steely Dan, the Eagles. And so the question arises... "How is it that a Christian band ends up sounding like all these secular guys?" We have found that some church people do at times get their shorts in a bunch about music. To the Bad Boys, music is communication. People on this planet will listen to what you have to say if you can rock their socks off. So we turn it up and testify.
