About Me

A few years ago I was critisized for breastfeeding my little boy at a playgroup of all places! The person asked me when I was going to get him onto "proper milk".

This prompted me to go home and make him a little t-shirt that said "I'm a tit man" and other people stopped me in the street to ask where I got it from.

www.lactivist.co.uk was born!

Now there is also www.lactivist.net : Lactivist HQ for breastfeeding and campaign information.

MooMum is also known as Lisa Cole and she lives in Bristol

You can also find her on http://www.facebook.com/p/Lisa_Cole/882175346

Evil Scientists work on obesity preventative infant formula

If only the money spent on this was spent on training midwives and health visitors to support breastfeeding that would do the job better........Guardian article:www.guardian.co.uk/medicine/story/0,,20...
